• Trees on dam embankments cleared and removed.
• No erosion on the dam embankment
• Invasive vegetation removed.
• Trash, debris, sediment and vegetation does not obstruct flow out of in inflow pipes, channels and outfalls.
• Trash, debris, sediment and vegetation does not obstruct flow into flow control structures such as risers, pipe barrel and emergency spillways.
• Shoreline erosion repaired.
• Metal surfaces on risers painted or coated.
• Trash racks clear and in good condition.
• Adequate rock at the outfall of pipes into or out of the basin.
• Emergency spillways clean of debris and vegetation
• Grass, matting or linings in good condition.
• Nuisance animals burrow holes filled.
• Clear access to facility.
• Pond buffers maintained.
• Maintenance records kept.
