• Inspect the facility on a frequent basis.
• Mow grass periodically.
• Seed and mulch bare soil areas.
• Clean and remove trash, debris, sediment and vegetation that obstructs flow from incoming pipes or channels.
• Replace rock at the outfall of pipes into our out of the basin replaced as needed.
• Keep linings such as matting and rock in good condition.
• Maintain access to the facility.
• Keep records of any maintenance activities performed.
