• Facility inspected frequently.
• Accessibility maintained.
• Bare soil areas around the facility seeded and mulched.
• Pretreatment devices cleaned of all sediment, trash, debris and vegetation.
• Trash, debris, sediment and vegetation does not obstruct flow out of inflow pipes, channels and outfalls.
• Trash, debris, sediment and vegetation does not obstruct flow into flow control structures such as risers, pipe barrel and emergency spillways.
• Trash racks clear and in good condition.
• In case of infiltration system failure, rock or stone beds replaced.
• Adequate rock at the outfall of pipes into or out of the facility.
• Observation wells checked periodically.
• Maintenance records kept.
